A printed copy of complete rules may be requested for a $1.50 fee.

THE International Progressive Dog Breedersâ Alliance (hereinafter IPDBA)

Applications must be written on IPDBA Application Forms, each entry on a separate form.
Forms will be furnished on receipt of a self-addressed stamped envelope or download from www.NationalLSA.com/forms.htm
Kennel Names (Prefixes or Suffixes) are recorded for a one time fee $50.00; 
A certificate of title is issued and protected for all Kennel Names issued under each specific breed.

After owner has signed and dated paper, send the registration fee with 3 clear color photos of front, and both sides of puppy/dog to the IPDBA address.  Pedigrees up to 5 generations will be issued when available for $10.00 extra.
